This Deus II remote-control mount, produced by RCDigs, is nearly identical to the highly popular version of the RCDigs mount being employed by Deus users worldwide, but has been slightly redesigned by the manufacturer to allow it to integrate seamlessly with our Steve's Detector Rods carbon-fiber XP Deus shafts. This high-quality, durable mount is designed to provide the ultimate security, with respect to attachment of the remote-control unit to the shaft -- entirely eliminating any chance for accidental dislodging of the remote. Along with the standard, "straight" model, the mount can be purchased with an optional, "inward-angled" configuration, designed to reduce glare, and allow an improved viewing angle of the remote's screen. The mount also facilitates inside-the-shaft routing of the antenna wire, via an "exit point" for the wire that is integrated into the mount itself.

two-piece design which allows the top of the mount to detach effortlessly via two thumb screws, for easy removal of the remote control unit from the shaft

- Right-Handed (left-facing): tailored for users who swing the metal detector in their right hand

- Straight: perfect for those who change hands while detecting, or who prefer the same "straight" viewing angle as provided with the stock mount
